Every story you share with us about your gluten sensitivity or celiac journey means the world to our team. Seeing your photos, reading your reviews, and knowing that our food brings comfort and safety to your table makes every early morning worth it. We are endlessly grateful for your support and kind words—you are the heart of everything we do.

We want to let you know that we will be temporarily closing after this week for a much-needed knee surgery on Thursday, August 27th.

Our initial plan is to take about one week off to recover before getting back into the kitchen. Healing can be a bit unpredictable, so we will keep you updated every step of the way right here and on our social channels.
